Jewelry selected from our showcases, excluding all watch sales (see below), will be exchanged or refunded if brought back in original, unworn condition, within 14 days. Returns must be accompanied with its original receipt. For online sales, clients wishing to return an item are responsible for arranging return shipping, paying all return shipping costs, and fully insuring the package while it is in transit back to Williams Jewelers of Cherry Creek.
Watch warranties should only be filled out if the sale of that watch is final. Most Swiss watch companies will not re-issue a warranty once the original has been filled out. A watch cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective coatings are removed, or warranty is filled out, or it has been sized or worn. As an Authorized Dealer, we are obligated to ensure that all new watches sold are in pristine condition.
